As Waikato’s canvas fabrication specialists, we design and make each house awning to measure in our own Pirongia workshop, using high-quality UV-resistant, waterproof PVC and acrylic canvas. That matters on an entrance canopy, because it’s the most visible few square metres of fabric on the house — a stock canopy in the wrong size or colour is something you see every time you walk up the path. The people who measure your doorway design the awning, make it and come back to install it, so the finished canopy fits the opening, matches the house and sheds the weather the way it should.

What's the difference between a fixed door awning and a retractable awning?
A fixed canopy is permanently in place — ideal over a door or window where you want shelter every day of the year with nothing to operate. Retractable folding-arm and drop-arm awnings suit larger living areas where you want the option of full sun. We make and install both, and we'll tell you straight which suits your spot.
Can you match the awning to my house?
Yes. Because each canopy is made to measure in our own workshop, you choose the fabric and colour, and we shape the frame to the opening — so the awning looks like part of the house rather than an accessory bolted to it.
